Real projects, real impact. Here's what we've been building across Vancouver and beyond - each one tells its own story.
Vancouver, BC - 2024
This wasn't just another waterfront project. The clients wanted something that'd actually work with Vancouver's weather instead of fighting it. We ended up with 42 units that basically blur the line between indoor comfort and those killer ocean views.
Passive solar design keeps heating costs down (and the planet a bit happier), plus we integrated rainwater collection 'cause, well, it's Vancouver - might as well use what nature gives us freely.
Richmond, BC - 2023
Corporate headquarters don't have to be soul-crushing boxes. We proved it with this 85,000 sq ft workspace that people actually want to come to. Natural light floods every floor thanks to some creative structural work, and the green roof isn't just for show - it genuinely helps with temperature regulation and gives folks a decent lunch spot with actual plants around.
Vancouver, BC - 2024
Turned a forgotten industrial zone into a thriving mixed-use neighborhood. It's got housing, retail, and green spaces that actually connect instead of just existing next to each other.
West Vancouver, BC - 2023
Private home built into a steep slope. Challenging site, but we used it to create spaces that flow naturally with the landscape rather than dominating it.
Surrey, BC - 2023
A gathering space that serves everyone. Accessible design meets sustainability - solar panels, natural ventilation, and spaces that adapt to whatever the community needs.
Here's the thing about old buildings - they've got character you just can't fake. This 1920s warehouse was sitting empty for years before we got our hands on it. Now it's a boutique hotel that keeps the industrial vibe while meeting modern comfort standards.
Exposed brick, original timber beams, but also proper insulation and climate control. Best of both worlds.
Burnaby, BC - 2024 | Flexible workspace design that actually adapts to how people work instead of forcing them into a predetermined layout.
Coquitlam, BC - 2023 | Transit-oriented development connecting 200+ residential units with retail and public space around SkyTrain access.
Every project starts with a conversation. Whether you're thinking big or starting small, we'd love to hear what you're working on and see if we're a good fit.
